These 10 photos to inspire you to visit the Jurassic Coast are a glimpse into what to expect from this unforgettable coastal wonder. It is undoubtedly one of my favourite places in the U.K. to explore, with a wide range of breath-taking sights from colourful coastal escapes like Weymouth, to iconic landmarks like Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.

Here, the dramatic cliffs and golden beaches are rich in fossils, the bays are edged by jewel-toned waters and the rolling hills offer ample opportunities for scenic hikes. 

What makes this part of the world all the more fascinating are the unique rock formations that trace along its shores, some of which are millions of years old, and tell hidden stories of the Earth’s ancient past.
